A new place right along the trail with good beer and food. The indoor seating has a cozy feel and the outdoor wrap around deck (enclosed and heated in the winter) has an awesome view. Definite repeat!

I stopped by for a few beers and a light dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The location is fantastic wedged between the Ironton Trail and a small creek. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the porch as well as picnic tables and benches by the creek. The indoor seating is comfortable and relaxed. The beer is delicious with 7 various types on tap currently. The place is new with a limited menu. I tried the pulled pork sandwich and fries which were excellent. I would definitely recommend this place and will return many times.

Great location, Great beer, and friendly staff. Having a 20 month old limits the places I feel comfortable going to and hawk mountain brewery is now on the list. Tons of outdoor space for us to run around and the beer was perfect. I love breweries that aren't IPA heavy and this fit the bill. Had the Dunkel and light lager and both were terrific.

Beautiful new brewery in Coplay. I had the Whitehall Wheat, Hawk IPA, and a pilsner. All were delicious and true to style. I don't know what they're doing here, but the head retention is incredible....dense foam that follows the glass all the way down. This place is next to a creek and takes maximum advantage of its surroundings. Bring your dogs, they can go for a swim.

Our first visit to Hawk Mountain Brewery was opening day. The inside was pretty packed so we sat outside near the creek. (I think probably the best seats.) We made ourselves comfortable using the available seating and camp chairs that we brought with us. We had kids and a dog with us so this was the perfect spot. We enjoyed the various beer selection — from The Hawk to the Whitehall Wheat to the frozen slushies. We also had some food, both the hot roast beef sandwich and pierogies are delicious! We visited a second time and sat on the roomy deck—another great spot to sit, chill, and sip some good beer and drinks. The staff are friendly and attentive. If you are looking for a place to relax and have a beer with family and friends while supporting a small business, I recommend checking out Hawk Mountain Brewery!

My husband and I stopped in here on a Thursday afternoon with another couple after a few hours on the bike trails. Great choice! 1st time here for the 4 of us. What a nice establishment! Greeted by a gentleman I’m assuming is an owner. Sat at a high top outside and it was lovely! Beautifully decorated with lots of tables, inside, outside and on the lawn, comfy couch and pet friendly as long as they’re on a leash. Surprised at how fast the place filled up both inside and out. Reasonably priced. The guys had a flight each, found their favorite and indulged in more! Favorite was the Shut Up Bird. I had a pina colada slushie, but it was quite watery. Wouldn’t order again. Small, basic menu, but suited us! We all enjoyed what we got. Hot dogs, ham and cheese sandwiches, pierogies and fries. Added bonus of self serve cups of water. Enjoyed our time there and we will return!

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. The food was disgusting. The soft Pretzle was for sure picked up this AM from Philly Pretzel factory. The boneless wings were dry. The Nacho cheese was, let’s say interesting. Beer was mediocre. Will not be back.
