4/15/25 - lowering rating: FOURTH WEEK IN A ROW THAT ONE OR MORE ITEMS ARE MISSING FROM THE DELIVERY. Will be cancelling after prepaid items are received, IF they can manage to send them without error. As mentioned previously, customer support is really slow.

HARVIE - please get your act together. Your mistakes cost the customer and your less than adequate customer support needs an upgrade.

Too many order issues and the SLOWEST customer support ever. You pay for deliveries before you get them so when items are missing, it can take 7+ days to even get an email response. They offer to credit your next shipment and don't follow through. The consistent order errors - in their favor - and lack of customer support is a deal breaker.

Delicious! I have tried 3 meal kits (two given to me by a relative who talked me into subscribing), and they were all delicious. This lets me try some dinners I would not always think of making myself. Looking forward to trying more. The rest of the order looks good, too, though I just got my first order today and haven't tried everything yet. The ordering system seems a bit puzzling (I got 15 bananas instead of five, for some reason), but I think the subscription will definitely be worth it. I also appreciate the help I got when having trouble ordering.

Wow!
Impressive. All the produce was fresh, clean & packed carefully. It was as good if not better than if I went shopping myself at the Strip or the co-op (but I love both & will not abandon them).
The half & half in my tea this morning was excellent, real cream in it & very rich tasting. I would never have bought such a luxury at a store.
I’m excited to try all the goodies; like a kid on Christmas morning!
Expensive but value is there, I’ll definitely treat myself again!

Love everything about this company and experience! Glad to support local food economies, get amazing groceries, and have all the conveniences of having it shipped AND they take their packing back for recycling. Way better experience and value than with Amazon or Whole Foods.

I’ve used Harvie for a few months now. There has been something wrong with nearly every order. They send produce that is in poor condition (on day of receipt I’ve had yellow kale, moldy and liquifying cucumbers, bruised apples, liquifying herbs, etc.). This week I received stale bread and they substituted some expensive grapes I ordered for basic red grapes you can get at any standard grocery store — no heads up, no responses to my email in a timely manner. They consistently don’t give me credit back for returning my glass milk containers. These groceries cost a premium between the cost of membership, additional fees for every order, and the items themselves are pretty pricey. For what you pay for Harvie, I would expect better customer service.

I’ve had enough and will, in fact, go back to shopping at Whole Foods where at least I know the items I’m purchasing will be good quality.

Harvie brings me the best local produce in the Philadelphia region. Everything is so fresh and tasty. The flavors of local grown produce are far superior to anything you find in a supermarket. I’m so excited I found Harvie in time for the summer produce season! And to have everything conveniently delivered to my door is outstanding! Thanks, Harvie!
