As a host of two years now we absolutely love Harvest toast. The opportunity to meet all walks of life to hear all different stories and share conversation with some amazing people has been a phenomenal journey for us. My only complaint is that Harvest host needs to make their membership customers more aware of their obligations. I as a host should not have to awkwardly and uncomfortably insist on a donation or a purchase from a customer who has stayed at my property. I have three campers on site today and not one of them has offered a donation or a purchase as they are all new Harvest host memberships. I have spent 4 hours of time total with these guests while also allowing them to drive on and park on our animals food, our pastures. I cannot blame the guest I do absolutely feel that Harvest host needs to make their customers more aware of their obligations. This is the only negative side that we have experienced with harvest host. It's disheartening because this is when sometimes the bad outweighs the good unfortunately as it is happening more frequently sadly.

Awsome Harvest Host Stays! I have been traveling for almost 2 months in my 2025 NuCamp TAB 400 and have stayed at 7 Harvest Host locations over about 14 nights. It has been awesome! Catalina Brewing Company (Tucson, AZ), New Life Resurrection Church (Mesa, AZ), JackAss Junction (Apache Junction, AZ), Pecan Brewery (Las Cruces, NM) and Hereford Harvest Host (Hereford, AZ) were some of my favorites. I'm met some great people along the way and plan to continue using Harvest Host during my R.V. travels over the next 2 months.

Joined the Harvest Hosts community this year and just came back from a one week adventure around the Niagara Escarpment here in Ontario, Canada and I must say we loved it! Most campsites are fully booked for the season so it has been so great to get out enjoy life through Harvest Hosts. Wine tastings at Palatine Hills Estate and Creekside and then some tasty maple treats from White Meadows Farms - Maple Farm. At each location we had the space to ourselves and really got to immerse ourselves within these gorgeous, expansive properties. Due to covid we were not able to get the full experience of guided tours unfortunately (which is why only 4 star review of our trip) but hey it gives us an excuse to go back! There aren't enough Harvest Host members in Canada so we are hoping to eventually cross the border (pending covid evolution) and experience what the US HH has to offer.

I am really excited about our Harvest Host membership. While we’ve only used it one time so far, we are planning a trip out west and have several visits scheduled. We are going to be able to start our trip by staying at a wonderful bakery where we will purchase breads and special treats to enjoy along the way. Also, we will visit some wineries, a dairy farm, an alpaca farm, and a woodworking shop while on our travels. I’m excited to know we can purchase fresh milk, delicious ice cream, and gift items as we visit the various hosts. Every host that I’ve contacted has been so kind and helpful. I’m a very happy Harvest Host member!

Harvest host has been a wonderful asset to our RVing experience. It is great to be able to find a harvest host in a community to break up longer drives. We never would’ve learned about certain wineries and museums and community events if we haven’t been in touch with the owners of these businesses -such a great partnership! It is a great return on my investment ( membership fee) after just a few stays each year.

We have learned about places we'd never have gone if it wasn't for the HH program! We have traveled on British Columbia and to the one winery on Vancouver Island. As parents of kids under 12, it is nice to see lots of family friendly options like farms. Our kids also enjoyed seeing vineyards and playing with dogs, cats, sometimes goats and chickens while we sampled wine! I highly recommend the membership!

My husband and I signed up for Harvest Host six days before our two month trip. I used their 15 percent discount. I paid for the membership and got confirmation that we were new Harvest Host Members and gave us our membership number. As we have been traveling for the nearly two months now, and many a day of frustrating Harvest Host searches, passing many wineries that clearly had people staying there, we had not one winery or business show up on our Harvest Host possibilities!!! We only had (and not many on our route) places to stay at individual homes, and most were not available at all!!! Also, most had stipulation of rig size smaller than ours, and ours isn't that big. I finally found an email address to send to Harvest Host, and I let them know that I was extremely unhappy with their services and dissatisfied. I requested a refund, and told them that I couldn't understand why we were having so much difficulty finding places to stay and why would I need to upgrade,(which is something that was offered to me on a website) upgrade, why would I need to upgrade, and how much, and what do you get? We already had Paid for a membership to to use their services!!! When they (Harvest Host) sent me an email, they said that I was a Boondockers Welcome member, not Harvest Host, but I could pay $99 dollars to become Harvest Host Member, or they would refund my money. I told them that I was already a Harvest Host Member and my membership card said that. They sent me a copy (in the email) of a card that had both Harvest Host and Boondockers Welcome on the top of the card with Boondockers Welcome in larger font in the middle of the card. But the confirmation on my end and exactly what I signed up for states that we are Harvest Host Members, it said NOTHING about Boondockers Welcome!!! The person who sent me that email also said that if we ever signed up with Harvest Host again, we would not be able to get a refund!!! I sent the copy of the screenshot that I took when we first signed up with them, almost two months ago, that CLEARLY
Says WELCOME TO HARVEST HOST and says NOTHING about Boondockers Welcome!!! I Haven't heard anything back from them, even though I had proof that we were Harvest Host Members!!! I truly feel like they owe us the membership for free due to the false information that we were given. I spent many hours missing alot of scenery on our long trip. Frustrated because we were tired and needing places to stay for the night. Plus many tears because we couldn't understand why we weren't getting any information on Wineries or other businesses as advertised!!! This is actually my second time signing up for Harvest Host, and not having any luck the first time as well. I didn't know how to get a hold of anyone to ask about that back then so I let it go. I wasn't going to do that this time!!! BEWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE SIGNED UP FOR!!!!!
SIGNED, ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬
I would post a picture of the confirmation that clearly states Harvest Host Members, but it won't let me post my photo on here.

We joined Harvest Host in May 2020 and have had only extremely great experiences. We have the GOLF membership even though we don’t golf anymore because they’re some of the most beautiful places to stay. We absolutely recommend this membership for safe, quick locations to overnight. Our hosts are always welcoming and we love seeing new places along our journey where we can sample their products or services.
