Park on the street and walk inside gate to check in. I had a 4am appt time. Actually there were probably 4-5 of us with that time. The gate will open before 4am, and you can walk all the way down to building 3 to the check in window. Make sure you have your license plate numbers for your truck and trailer, your DOT number, and your CARB number. There's a form you fill out where they ask all of that information. The form should be in the photos. They will either give you a door right away, or call you with the door #. You're not supposed to enter the property until they assign you a door. I parked on the street over the night and wasn't bothered. Yes there are signs saying don't do that, but everyone is saying no one bothers you. Just be clean. Don't throw your trash or pee outside or do anything to make the city start ticketing us. These streets are nice, let's keep it that way.

Once they hire the aotomated trucks and the robots to replace us, they will keep the place clean and not trash and pee on the road. No need for port a John's then. And the city, neighbors and the receivers will be extremely happy. 😍😍😍😍😍😊😊😊😊🙏🙏

Two hours past my appointment and still not called to a dock. The entire street has signs "no parking of vehicles over 20ft" but was not ticketed for parking.

Arrived at 630am. Appointment at 630am. Got us a door right away. Came to truck to check temp and open doors and started unloading immediately. Docks little tight. Porta potty available. Santino was awesome.

Had a 08:00 appointment and arrived at 05:30, waited about a 1/2 hr to get to the door, all done with the unload, great people and fast unload, docking is a bit tight but work able.

Takes about 4hrs to unload employees are nice. Park on street before checking in they usually have room. Parking is not that bad but might be a little difficult to new driver. Porta pottys on premise. Cant use restrooms inside. Average at best.
