BUYER BEWARE

UPDATE: After more than a month of no order update, no shipping label, no communication, I reported the charge to my bank.

Last time I ordered from Harts, it took 17 days from ordering until shipment. I had to email multiple times, but I believed the excuse that this delay was due to the Amazon Prime event - staff was relatively communicative, apologetic, and did add extra tea to make things right. I didn't hold this against them, and chose to order again recently, because I do like their product.

It's been 22 days since I placed my order, and there has been ZERO communication from Harts. I have reached out to multiple points of contact over email, and attempted to call the phone number listed on their website, only to be ignored. Their website claims orders ship within 24 hours - DO NOT believe that, apparently you're lucky to receive anything at all...

They'll happily take your money, but actually receiving what you've paid for requires a minor miracle.

They make fantastic tea and I love their message. However, it was like pulling teeth to get them to send me tea. On thier website I signed up for the tea of the month club and placed a couple other orders. With the exception of the first order (which I had to email and text about) none of the others arrived.

They were kind and apologetic about refunding my money after a couple months but it was disappointing and a hassle.

I really hope they figure out their supply chain issues and become successful.

I purchased some tea and it never shipped. Their website says most order ship in 1 business day. After a week of it not being shipped I contacted customer service and they replied quickly. They were apologetic and offered to either cancel the order or they would ship it out with a complimentary bag of tea. I chose the latter option because I still wanted the tea. Another week or so goes by and a shipping label has been created but USPS says they still hasn't received the package. So I contacted customer service again and asked for my order to be canceled. I still haven't gotten a reply. I wish I had known they sell on Amazon. Typically I try to purchase directly from a merchant's website so Amazon isn't getting a cut out of their profit. But in this case I would recommend trying to purchase on Amazon instead .

I know it's a small business and maybe they're running behind. But if that's the case they need to communicate clearly that orders will be delayed.

I placed an order over a month ago and have not received my order. I have sent emails, texted, called twice with no answer, and left a voicemail. No response in any way. I bought their tea from Amazon before and found it to be absolutely amazing. I wanted to try more of their teas that they did not have on Amazon so I placed a good sized order directly from their website. I've only waited this long because of how good their teas are but I'm going to be disputing the charge with my bank at this point since I can't even get them to answer and cancel my order.

My order hadn’t shipped after a month, when the website says a week. My tracking showed that a label had been created but USPS didn’t have any further information. I emailed them about, and it took me resending the email several times in a week for them to respond saying the teas had shipped. I did receive my order plus a sample bag a few days after that. It’s sad because the products are amazing and very well priced but I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from their website. Next time I’ll order through amazon 🙁

I've ordered teas twice from this company. The teas were tasty and of high quality. The price was very reasonable. My problem was the poor quality of customer service and very painful process of getting the orders delivered. The first time, it took few emails, order cancelation request and over three weeks to get tea samples delivered. The second time, I canceled the order after over a month of waiting. I couldn't get anyone respond to my emails or text messages. The provided tracking number was "dead". Life is life. I understand that. I just wish the company were more responsive and more transparent regarding shipping times. Surprisingly, my request to get a refund was processed immediately.

Seems to be an epidemic of take the money and run. When I ordered through Amazon, I received the item. I tried ordering directly from them (cut out the middleperson). Its been almost a month, my card was charged the day after the order was submitted. I have tried contacting them 5 times - calling, texting and emailing. Their voicemail says they want to speak with you, but they don't. They just want your money.

I am so sad to leave this review. My first experience with them was great. My second and last resulted in being charged for two months worth of subscription, no tea shipped, and a run around via email with no resolve. Do not order from them. They really had it going on from the tea to the service but not anymore. Such a shame. I’m checking into what we can do to get our money back. This is obviously impacting many people and if we go to court, we will win.
