I only go to this store because it is 2 blocks from my house. If I am missing an ingredient that I need to finish the meal I have planned I will occasionally go there. I am actually afraid to consume some products in this store. Half of the stuff looks like it has gone bad.
Update... my original review was for CV's grocery store before Harps bought it. Things are getting better

This store recently changed to Harps. Much better selection. Store is clean. Produce is fresh. Staff is friendly and willingly to help. They are getting the shelves stocked as fast as they can. Looking forward to being able to shop when it is fully stocked.

Love Harps Bakery and Deli selection. Their produce occasionally needs some attention...soft mushy veggies that shouldn't be that way.

So I don’t know if deli had some new hires or maybe didn’t realize they need to peel back the paper stuff off the meat before they slice it. I had gotten a pound of sliced pepperoni and luckily saw it before having some.

They have a new market manager in the fresh meat area. He does a terrific job at making sure everything is fresh. If u need something special cut and he has the product hes willing to do it!

Not my usual shopping spot but it was close at the time. Ran in to get a few items and picked up some fresh cherries that were on sale also, along with some ice cream. When I paid, the price seemed a bit steep so I inspected my receipt. Instead of cherries being $2+ they were $7+. I had to leave ice cream in the car to go back and get it fixed. This could happen anywhere. Just remember to check your receipts after purchases.

Not the best Harps around. Produce is decent, meat is OK at best. Definitely better places nearby.
