I’ve been here a couple of times already to pickup a load. Another place that’s a hit or miss. Sometimes good to load other times horrible. Most recent experience, was a bad time. Almost 5.5 hours to load. Arrived and checked in at noon for a 3pm appointment. Didn’t get a door till about 6pm to be loaded by 7pm. No consideration for a drivers time even though I arrived early for my appointment. This is definitely not the way. Small yard but ample space to back into the docks with no problem. Easy check-in procedure. Check-in is done on the computer. Make sure to have your pickup & P.O # information available. Most warehouse employees are bilingual. (Spanish speaking) Overall, it was just another typical warehouse experience. That’s all!

Product was not ready for shipment. Shipping clerk refused to let my co-driver and I use the restroom which made us feel less than human. Doesn't seem to be very driver friendly. If a driver is being made to wait they should be afforded the neccessary facilities to use if needed. I was not greeted with a very friendly approach, but that could be due to the language barrier. Nonetheless, we were able to communicate enough to effectively get the job done. Facility was easy to get to from I-93/95.

2+hrs loading and they will not allow you to use there restroom. Access to a bathroom is a basic human right
