I want to start by saying Sarah Swaford saved the day for this company. I ordered a barn and it was set for delivery when the barn came it was damaged to a point that I was not happy. The company did not tell me how delivery would go they just showed up and it was some what smooth. Now on to the saving grace for this purchase Sarah was so awesome and her customer service skills should not go un noticed when I called her about the issues she jumped into action and had gary out that day to fix the issues. She then gave me not one but 2 follow up calls to make sure I was happy,which I am very happy with my purchase. Again if not for Sarah I would have denied delivery and went elsewhere.
