Have John Deere mowers and have breakdowns once a year. Have been going to Greenway dealers in my area that usually deal with big farmers. My feelings is little people like me with riding mowers they are not too friendly. Anyway started 3 years ago with Sherwood Greenway and they (meaning all employees) treat you like a friend or even family. Ever employee wants to help you and makes you feel welcome. The service manager is so nice and also I have met different mechanics and they are friendly and will talk to you and make you feel at home. The building is always clean and nice show room. Also outside they have plenty of equipment to look at. They open at 8 am but you show up early watch out because you are going to have someone greet you early with no pressure on buying they are there to tell you hello and visit. I am so glad to find a Greenway dealer that cares!

been looking to purchase a tractor for a very long time and finally decided to pull the trigger on it. the Staff here at Greenway was awesome (don't think of this like buying a car) nothing pushy, just open communication and they will let you look at, test out, and even drive around anything they have on the lot. if you go make sure you ask for Rob. He took care of me for sure, and I know this will be my store for all my John Deere needs.

So even though my intent was to purchase a tractor... I ended up with the tractor, couple of implements, a zero turn mower and a trailer to haul all of it with!

Great bunch of folks here. you can shop at the other tractor stores around, but you won't get the service and deals like you would here at Greenway.

I bought land out of state and needed a tractor for maintaing the property. I checked with multiple dealers within a few hours of my new address and Greenway was by far the best pricing out of anyone on my 3 series John Deere! Customer service has been great across the board as well. I needed to hook up a used woods rotary cutter and didnt have the proper hitch pins, I went to the Local Deere and Woods dealer and neither of them were able to help me get the pins I needed. One call to my salesman Rob at Greenway in Sherwood, and he had a pic of the part I needed in 5 minutes and I was able to get what I needed from tractor supply for 15 bucks and got the cutter hooked up that day. Thank you to Rob & Zack for all of your help. even if you dont live nearby, its worth the drive to go see these guys for your tractor needs!

Our experience was excellent. Jeremy was a no pressure salesman that knows his stuff but does not push a sale on you. We didn't get attacked with salesmen when we walked in the door and that was nice! Jeremy made everything smooth and we walked out with exactly what we needed. We recommend this store and Jeremy! Chevelle was wonderful and helpful on the phone and in person. Chris was nice enough to answer some questions regarding repairs. I got a text from the manager a couple days later asking if I didn't get everything I wanted (they were out of stock on something they said they had over the phone) and he assured me he would let me know when the part came in.
