First I was hesitant about picking up here from reading the reviews pulled up to see a line of trucks. But I checked in a hour early on the tablets and they gave me a door right away. Checked in at 12:57 Appointment was at 14:00 they was finished with paperwork by 13:58.

I encountered no problems with loading here. I thought by the reviews it was going to be a nightmare but it was quite the opposite. I might have just been lucky but I'll take where I can. The only thing that would give them that extra star is to offer overnight parking. What shippers don't understand is having parking at a shipper or receiver can make or break our trip. We are the most regulated industry in America and we need a break in any form or fashion.

Went for delivery, appointment is at 1am, arrived at 1, unloaded by 2am... Shipping and receiving at dock #30, safety shoes and vest required. Entrance from one side and exit from other as its one way. Also they have a water pallet outside for drivers to get the water crate. Would definately come back.

I came in exactly 24 hours before my delivery and was given a door immediately and empty in about an hour. In at 8 out at 9:15

Delivery took 3 hours. Some drivers spent 4 to 8 hours to load. Drivers bring food. Once they start to unload, it goes fast. Other than that, awesome place. Clean and they give you flavor water.

So rude personnel, shipping and receiving guys are are the real a holes… especially the check in guy. 3 hours to check in, they were sitting there and talking each other and laughing. There is no way why they are not fired yet. Ridiculous place, wont come back again, you also never come this place.

Pickup here is about 2 hours as long they have the product ready , good staff office, out side restrooms, long line of truck for pickup, one way entrance one way exit, heavy load.

Very busy place and they don’t help the drivers out with directions. When you get here pull up to the gate read all the signs. Drive around the corner and you will see 2 lanes on the right pull up and park in one of the lanes. WEAR YOUR REFLECTIVE VEST. Go into the office fill out the sheet on the table pick up number will start with a T. Then go to the kiosk and enter all info and grab a yellow tag and activate it at the kiosk. Then go to the window and check it. When you leave go left and out the back side of the building. You will need the yellow tag to get out the back gate. I was in and out in 2.5 hours but it took 45 mins to check in. They have clean bathrooms and plenty of room to get around

Take your cellphone to check in and checkout...they use a kiosk for both...yall be safe

Please park along the fence, not in the middle of the roadway for the trucks to back in 😤
