Small town local owned restaurant. Very unique place it's a coffee shop with store made fudge and a resturant with burgers and sandwiches as well as a big breakfast menu. Waitress was delightful and very helpful. She made recommendations that where solid choices.. we orders a couple iced lattes that where very good with a rich coffee flavor. Lunch order was grilled Tenderloin and grilled chicken wrap
We both ordered coleslaw for the side. The grilled tenderloin was cooked perfect with just the right amount of crispness to the outside and perfectly tender meat. The toppings where fresh and delicious. The grilled chicken wrap was Buffalo chicken so full of creamy spiciness. Avocado and tomato added to the unique taste. Very good. The coleslaw was very creamy and fresh. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was family oriented friendly cafe vibe. Several hamburger options.

My wife and were on our mimi Anniversary vacation. I stopped in this Cafe for breakfast. WOW...what a wonderful small town cafe. I was pleasantly greeted upon entering which was awesome. *Then my food was severed and it was "outstanding"...the biscuits and gravy was so delicious. Great atmosphere very clean place. Its nice to visit and place like this...because it is hard to find Great customer service and great tasting food - nowadays. Thank You SOOOO MUCH. I highly recommend this Cafe. 5 starts

I was a tourist in the area and it was recommended. Service was fast and order was correct. Would eat there again. Ambiance is good as well. Locals really enjoy it too.

Spent the night in Keosauqua for breakfast we were told that Great Day was the place to go. Ordered eggs over easy, crispy bacon and american fries. Everything came perfection. American fries were crispy both sides and just right in the center. Toast actually had butter on them. Wife had biscuits and gravy, some of the best that she has had. And breakfast was really reasonable. Definitely a place to stop back at if we make it back down to the area. If you are passing through definitely worth the stop.

A great place for breakfast. The decor was amazing and so was the service. The Great Day Bowl was huge!!! Biscuits, hash browns, sausage and sausage gravy and eggs. I had the breakfast sandwich with sausage. Wow. Well done.
