The employees at the store are serious about keeping things organized and clean. I observed them stocking shelves and grouping items according to color which looks very nice and can be seen in some of the photos. It is no surprise to learn that this store is managed by Goodwill Keystone as I’ve noticed the stores affiliated with this group are consistent in cleanliness, pricing, and customer service. A+

Prices get higher and higher every week I go. They have candles for $10 that have been donated.

They got new shelves in there, pretty claustrophobic. Things are unorganized at least for the general wares, clothes are organized though.

This review is Solely about a manager named Luis at the Exton location. Luis helped me yesterday in a way that most people wouldn’t have. He was so incredibly kind. What a lovely person! I can’t possibly say enough great things about him. He is an asset to the company and the community around him. Thank you Luis!!

I love a good deal but not only does GW pressures buyers to cover their taxes in a guies to help the missfortunate, but also has a very poor return policy. Specifically at this location the store opens late at 9am, has a very poor selection of mens jackets and poor sellection and organization of mens shoes. Bathrooms are ok, the rest of the store is decent except for black items are not as good as they once were i have noticed. This store always has nice staff and i know a few who left becasue of bad corporate policies. It is cleaner that the old good will and has good parking in the marchwood shopping center parking lot

Books are 4.99 plus tax which ends up at 5.27 when there are small books in there worth 3.99 NEW. I bought a book that was marked 5.99 NEW. Makes no sense. They should .99 for small books and 1.99 for bigger ones. Don't be GREEDY GOOD WILL

I have been going to good will for years maybe it’s a new policy but apparently they won’t sell anything that lost its tag. Today I found something super amazing and of immense emotional and spiritual value but apparently they “have to reprocess items” per some policy I never heard of. The validness of the policy aside both the cashier and the manager were absolutely insufferably rude and inconsiderate in how they spoke to me and addressed the issue. It’s fine if that is in fact some new policy but the way it was handled was rude as all hell and I left the store crying both because of the fact I couldn’t buy this super special items but also because I’m a human who was just treated so poorly. It also took the non-managers 10 full minutes to find her. Meanwhile someone had broken glass and there was a register issue and this manager was no were to be found. I have worked in customer service for five years, and I have never have such an awful experience as a customer in my whole adulthood. By the way, it was a mini ceramic spoon I offered to pay a full $10 for something that they probably would’ve priced at two, and yet they still wouldn’t sell it to me because of this arbitrary policy that just costs the company money. While I was waiting the 10 minutes 2 other people had items without tags that they were not allowed to buy because of this “policy”.

I am a keen thrifter Here from out of town (Canada) and was very disappointed in my visit today. The racks were disorganized which made my experience very off putting.
