I saw this on Google Maps and thought it'd be nice to visit. Yes! It's quite lovely. I'm so impressed by the beautiful, very old trees that have been well cared for. There are gorgeous and unusual flowets and plants. There was a gathering going on during my visit. This would be great for a shower, wedding, or some other event. They have one of the nicest "comfort cabins" we've seen. The person in the Welcome Center has a wealth of knowledge, a passion for the gardens, and is very friendly. It's worth a stop here to rest and take in nature's beauty.

My husband and I met at Edinboro University and got engaged there so getting married in Edinboro was also important to us as it held a significant meaning. I also always wanted a garden wedding and I got that with Goodell. The grounds were beautiful and well kept and Kim was very communicative. Our day was beautiful and fantastic! I’d live it over a million times if I could.

Super friendly staff at the gift shop. Nice, if small, garden area. There was a trail we didn’t explore.

We had our wedding at Goodell Gardens and it was stunningly beautiful. The tent and bathrooms, newly installed, worked well for us. Our interactions with the staff (thanks, Amber and Kimberley) were super professional and helpful. We loved having our wedding here!

This is such a great resource in the community. Beautiful grounds and they offer family-friendly events like live music, farmer's market and Sunday Fundays. A little bit of a drive from Erie but totally recommend.
