Loaded here 100+ times. Great service, fast loading as long as you are on time for your appointment. But, even if you’re late, they will work you in and get you loaded eventually. Great job! 👍

Horrible place to load. No communication from shipping and receiving staff. They say they will call you for a door but then never do and you have to go inside and hope someone is available.

Had an appointment to pick up at 1600. I delivered another load nearby early so I came over here to wait. Arrived at 0820. To check in, you go to the office and there is a phone on the wall and instructions on which extension to dial. There were trucks ahead of me but I got a door fairly quickly. They had me loaded and on my way by 1300. Very happy! There isn’t much room for parking so you kind of have to squeeze in near the entrance or back up just past the docks while you wait. There isn’t a ton of room to set up and back up but def not the worst I’ve seen. There is always another driver willing to spot for you which I’m grateful for. The office and dock staff were really nice here. A prior review mentioned the difficulty of finding truck parking near Hazleton. I ended up staying at a truck stop in Mifflinville I 80 exit 242 but had to pay for reserved spot because nothing else was available. I didn’t mind that; I just needed rest and a safe spot. Safe travels…
