I ordered 6 gallons of Heavenly Chef Rice Bran Oil. This is a specialty oil, that in most cases, must be ordered. The oil arrived on 06/09/22 in two cases. The case with 4 gallons was leaking through the cardboard of the box. I refused shipment, sent them an email explaining why I refused shipment, and sent pics of the damaged box that I did except. On 06/10/22, I received another box from Golden West Specialty Foods, waiting at my door upon my return to my apartment. Inside the box, was the same box I refused the day earlier, in worse condition, inside of a large plastic bag. The top of the original shipping box is marked damaged. The included photographs clearly show what I received. This is my first order with Golden West Specialty Foods, and my LAST order with them. Simply put, this is not acceptable service. California Rice Bran Oil Company never shipped anything near to what I received from this company!

Ordered from HonestFoods.com, and called them with some questions regarding some shipping considerations for a gift. The woman, I think her name was Laura or Lauren..? were extremely helpful and responsive. The prices were pretty reasonable too, for what I ordered. Would ship with this company again!
