This farmers market is just the right size, full of options but not overwhelming. There are various fruits, vegetables, coffee and pastries, craft, salad dressings, spices, soaps and body creams. You can get a breakfast strudel, a tamale, burrito or cupcake, sit at the comfortable designated area or by the water, take a walk by the creek or explore the nearby library. It start to get busy by 9 am but there is still parking nearby. I like how friendly and easygoing everyone is, a great way to spend your Saturday morning!

Dang, 2024 is a glow up year for Golden Farmer's Market! The number of fresh produce stands has exploded. Coffee options overfloweth. Prepared breakfast options abound. Local artisans and niche products are plentiful.

The majority of Golden, myself included, use this weekly market as a free form of entertainment for small children. I love that I can start the morning with a run along Clear Creek, grab breakfast and coffee at the market, and then can take my kid to the library (or park) or bring out of town visitors to the Golden Museum or Washington Street.

In upcoming years, I hope to see more international stands pop up like the Ukrainian food vendor that joined this year.

I always look forward to the weekend markets and will be sad when the season is over!

Golden is the CUTEST town in Colorado. During the summer you can tube down the river and there is lots of hiking. The trails are taken care of really well, and they have a farmers market next to the river once a week. There is a wide variety of yummy restaurants in town as well.

What a lovely place to go.
Many, many choices:
Fresh Vegetables, fresh Fruit, Ice Cream, Coffee, Lattes, Breakfast Burritos, Baked Goods, Homemade Breads, Bagels, Streudel, Jams w/Habenero, CBD Goodies, Homemade wares, clothing and SOOO MUCH MORE!!
You're also next to the River and very close to the town of Golden. Stop by for a morning or afternoon.
We went at 9:00am-1:00pm.

Amazing time and place to visit on Saturday morning in the summer! If you new to the area its a great place to see Golden and how friendly the other tourists are, I only know a handful of people like me that are from the area we have all be pushed out because of the tourism and Mines. It's tripled in price on EVERYTHING in the last few years in the area, welcome to the new L.A.!!!

One of the best farmers markets we have been to in the Denver area that had both fresh produce and food vendors too. Right by clear creek with a beautiful walk along the creek with fast flowing water. Saw a lot of folks tubing also.

This is my favorite farmers market! There is usually live music and friendly people. The selection of products is great too. Lots of local products and produce.
