They have no respect for the driver's time. They took 6 hours to load my truck. This is a crap place. I will never come back here.

There was a time when this was an ok place to get a load. Not a great place but an ok place. It's a commercial bakery mostly frozen bread loads. I asked them if they were loading hot bread or if it was already cooled. They lied and told me the bread was already cooled. So I set my refer to -10. If you load hot bread and set your refer to -10 the coils on the refer will ice up and it won't freeze the load. That's of course, what happened. If they had a shred of integrity and would have been honest, I would have run the refer at 34 for an hour to cool the load. Then set it to -10 and all would have been fine. Most shipper's aren't nice or respectful to drivers but they don't usually lie.

I won't haul a load from Gold Coast Baking again.

I have buying this brand for a while now and today when I opened the package 90% of the bread past the crust has an air pocket with a gaping hole! This is horrible! Is this their way of saving money or just poor quality control? You can bet I will be shopping for a different brand. I'm not wasting my money on half a loaf when I pay for a full one!

I purchase 2 loafs of Gold Coast Bakery Sheephearder Bread. The Bread looked and felt like it had not fully baked. The middle of the bread was like raw dough. I will not purchase this bread again. With a rating of 1-10m 10 being the best I would give it an 1.

Bought a bag of bolillos at Winco .Mistakenly thought Winco's bakery had made them. They were the absolute worst. You would think that they would know what a bolillo should be like considering the large Hispanic population residing in the area, but this was not the case.

Park on the street walk towards the white tent thing knock on the door or walk up the ramp next to it go inside for check in

Doesnt give you your breaks till the other shift is done and ready to go home it took them 45 mins just to send me on my lunch break and on top of that they never gaved me my mandatory 10 min breaks
