They were great at first a few years ago when we initially got the insurance but now as we are asking for new quotes, 3 weeks after my initial call and they are "still working on it". Three weeks and the only calls back were a direct result of us calling in asking for follow-up. I waited 2 weeks before the first call and it was on the desk but hadn't done much with it. Another week later no calls so we call back in and they are just working on a new quote. Meanwhile my car insurance is through the roof and I have to keep paying when my agent decides to lolly gag getting new quotes for us. Doesn't seem like they care too much for continued customers at this point.

Best move we ever made. Explained policy in detail and No matter when it is that we needed them they are always there to help. Our car left us sit on the side of the road on the way to work, called Mark and done! EVERYTHING was taken care of, Literally within minutes of ending our call roadside service contacted me, picked up my car and delivered it to the shop. Every step with my claim was relayed to me from every dept. handling our situation. You can tell that there is complete communication between all involved in the claim process, it was so quick and easy. When I bought my car, I forgot my insurance card so I called to have a copy faxed. Mark was soooo sick, but yet he answered and took the time to get me what I needed so I wouldn't have to drive an hour back home to get it. Without your help I couldn't have driven off with my new car. Which is AWESOME by the way 🙂 Another time we needed them was when our windshield cracked. I Called and again, within minutes I had a call from the replacement window co. setting up a time to come to my house and install the windshield. Customer Service is above and beyond and with everything being automated in today's society talking to a live person who can provide top notch service is, to me, most important. I'd give you 10 stars if I could. I appreciate all you do, Thank you !

When we first came to Mark Geisler for our insurance he took the time to discover what our needs were and set up our policies accordingly. Whenever we needed to call the office the staff has been attentive to our needs and have quickly resolved any issues. We have already recommended the firm to our family and will continue to do so in the future.

Mark was very patient explaining the vehicle insurance policy and the homeowners insurance policy. The cost of the two policies were less than what I paid previously and I have gotten better coverage. Mark was very patient with someone of my age. Thank you Mark

Everyone is very personable and helpful, which goes a long way now-a-days. The individuals I've dealt with treat me as a person and not a number. They take time to explain things, go over what coverage is needed, what's affordable and what or where money can be saved. I appreciate that aspect when dealing with insurance companies.
