Our company has been in business since the mid 70's. We got our drill from Giddings sometime in the 80's, and she's still going strong! Really great idea to have another option to purchase equipment. However, the customer service is very poor. Owner is rude and condescending. Quality of products is questionable. Ordered bulk density sleeves and they are definitely not durable plastic, but we are not able to send them back.
