Came in during the middle of the day - they have NOTHING in the dairy section. Photos are proof. Avoid this store. Absolutely atrocious. No signs or warnings, either, and the dairy is in the far corner from the entrance. Terrible store. This is unacceptable.

This Giant has gone downhill over the years. The shelves are hardly fully stocked, limited lines open as well. My most BIGGEST ISSUE IS LOCKING THE DOORS AT 9:40/9:45PM when the store does not close UNTIL 10:00PM! Make it make sense management. Then to close the wine section at 9pm when the store doesn’t close until 10:00pm. I most certainly reported this issue to corporate. Hopefully a better change will come soon. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the customer service I received Sunday morning from a young lady. Do better!

Always a disappointment experience at Giant

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the consistent issues at the Giant location in our neighborhood. As one of the only decent grocery stores in the area, it's disappointing to see such poor management, as the store is not living up to its name. The one at Springfield is amazing but it is too far away from my home.

The shelves are frequently empty, making it challenging to find the items I need. The store's layout is also inconvenient, with only one exit and entrance, causing congestion and difficulty for customers to enter and exit. Shopping carts are never available at the entrance.

But what's even more alarming is the blatant disregard for parking rules. The no-parking lane is constantly filled with cars, causing traffic buildup and safety hazards. Last weekend, I witnessed people parking on both sides of the main driveway near the entrance door! It's astonishing that no one seems to be monitoring this issue.

As a customer, I expect a safe and convenient shopping experience. Giant needs to address these issues urgently and improve their management to provide better service to the community. Please please try to do better Giant as this is my main grocery store.

This store has plenty of parking and handicap parking as well. It is very clean store and the shelves were well stocked the day I went. They have plenty of organic,and gluten free foods. I’m mostly impressed with how friendly and helpful all of the workers were that I encountered. They have some pretty good sale items and you can also purchase alcohol here.

Giant is a great grocery store to shop at. The staff are always willing to help. The only problem I have is that Giant only has 1 cashier working the register and the line gets backed up with no back up for the cashier. I self checked out $331 worth of groceries because the wait line was too long. I completed self checking out in 10 minutes.

Let's talk about how the QOH is never accurate, or how I had to argue with an incompetent "manager" and his minion about how they don't know how to do their job smh. Instead of admitting that, he tried to tell me some bs and I had to call CS in the store to get assistance. I'm starting to hate this market as much as I hate ShopRite so I guess only Acme will receive my business. 0 stars for this market. Shop somewhere else, or visit another location!!!
PS, their app is TRASH, the rep told me to go on the website instead. They require all these mandated updates to use it like they fix the "bugs". They can learn A LOT from acme, believe me!

Came into this giant last week with only 2 registers open and 5 people in the one line and 4 people in the other, I was the 4th, got to the register and the cashier didn’t even know giants 4th in line policy she laughed and thought I was joking I asked her to get her manager (Alex) denied my groceries free and said that’s not their policy anymore I will be contacting cooperate , I waited in line for about 20-25 mins this is the only giant who makes you wait so long in line, Alex opened register and took two customers who just walked up then got off register instead of taking the people who were already waiting in line first
