My experience at this Business was nothing short of discriminative. Prejudice masked with professionalism. If you want to really feel like disenfranchised, go to this location as a minority. The story goes, I was assigned a Shipment Pick Up that was categorized as “Ready on Arrival” or “Drop & Hook”. Somehow, that load has been scheduled wrong and doesn’t actually pick up until tomorrow. Their solution… Take this alternative load, but you have to wait for 4-5 hours. All the while, several other ethnically non-minorities have their freight ready to go. I watched several casually saunter in and out. To add injury to insult, there is no Renumeration for the time inconvenience or the mishap in dispatching. Drivers steer clear.

0630 appointment got here at 0625 went straight in to the door they started unloading me at 0640 and was done at 0710. All the negative reviews had me scared but this was a great unload. Pot holes everywhere so drive slow they have a porta Jon right next to the dock if you need it.

I have a 9am appointment I arrived early checked in at06:45 reciever suggested I park across the street from the plant told me there were portopots at my disposal and he would personally come to get me at my appointment time and direct me where to get unloaded Sassys truck stop is 11.75 miles away for food and accommodations pretrip planning allowed me to gather what I needed before coming here to get unloaded there you have it no problem or evidence of inappropriate treatment as far as I'm concerned also it's my first time delivering to this receiver

This location has customer service that treats people very poorly. Drivers get stranded here due to very slow service. The hours for receiving and staff are minimal. service has turned to freight trains. 99% of other locations I have ever been to are never this unfriendly for deliveries. There is potential here for improvement. It can be done.. trains and trucks unloaded at night or day with 1 or 2 staff on each shift and can be super more productive. 1 star

If your a driver delivering in here don't expect to be treated with any kind of respect the first guy you come into contact with has an attitude and what he says is 100% correct weather it is or not he won't listen or talk to you with any kind of professionalism he even told me if I didn't like my profession I should get out of it but yet I go to several other places no problem.

Been waiting for 6 hours, still not loaded. I'm the only driver that has a live load. I have an appointment at 11:30 tomorrow 8 and a half hours away. This is worse than any other place I've ever been to. At least they have a yard where you can sit and wait those 7 or 8 long hours.

Horrible
Was told by broker to be at 3pm appointment. Arrived on time was told it’s a drop trailer load won’t be loaded until 4:30 by the yard guy. yard guy said that 4:30 time don’t mean nothing that these guys are union they do what they want. Check again and was told My load won’t be ready until midnight. Cancelled load and left

Loading time around 2h. Did not need apt, but I was told product will not be ready befor certain time. When u drop trailer, take a picture, I can not tell for sure, but I think they scratch my trailer when they parked. Saw when I left.
