We bought 4 custom cut New York Strips and some sausage today (2/14/20) These were some of the best steaks ? I have ever had! So glad we decided to take a trip to the shop and I am planning on going back as soon as I can.

I've been going to Gary;s for the best steaks that can be found anywhere for over a decade. Not once have I received a cut of beef that wasn't top grade. I like that Gary will cut the meat to order as you watch. And he always says if their not up to your standard you let me know and I will refund your money. I've never asked for even a dime back and you wont either!. Another benefit is that his prices are great. You can't find better cuts of meat for less anywhere! Try out Gary's once and you will be returning back to his place again.

I had.a formal dinner planned with 30+ guest. I had them order me a whole beef tenderloin. It was perfect and priced reasonable. It is as served with a spring salad, whole green beans and a new potato with butter and parmesan cheese The filets were perfect. Will buy from this market again

For some reason we didn't get the ribeyes
We should have we got 12 ribeyes and there should been at least 30 for a cow that dress 564 we got 275 pds of meat somethings wrong somewhere
