Fry’s Food Stores has become my go-to place for all my grocery needs. The store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce, meats, and pantry staples. I’m always impressed with the quality of the products, especially in the fresh produce section.

The staff is friendly and eager to assist. Whether I need help finding an item or have a question about a product, someone is always available to provide assistance. The checkout process is smooth, with plenty of lanes open and a convenient self-checkout option.

I also appreciate the great deals and discounts Fry’s offers regularly, especially with the loyalty program. It makes shopping here even more rewarding.

Overall, Fry’s provides a fantastic shopping experience, and I always leave the store satisfied. Highly recommend this grocery store for anyone looking for quality products and excellent service!

My mother purchased organic spinach only to find rodent meat INCLUDING FUR AND TAIL in the bag of simple truth organic spinach!! My mother is sick and disgusted. I’ve called the store to speak the manager and have been on hold for 30 min. When I finally spoke to him, he said there was nothing that he had done because he wasn’t the manager on duty so he didn’t so much as give my mother a refund on the product that had rodent meet in it. Needless to say we’re moving forward and taking all the information and contacting relevant parties to help us move forward and understand why it was handled this way and more importantly why there is rodent meet in a package of spinach of what you purchase at that store

Store very busy but well stocked. Got Starbucks from in store location which made the shopping quite pleasant. Brought my reusable bags for groceries and wine. Extra bags needed still free in AZ.

Fry's is a great grocery store with a great variety of food products and other items. It's always neat and clean and the service from their employees is top notch. I can find things at that store that I can't find at other stores in the area. Some prices are a bit high, but comparison shop for what to buy there or by elsewhere. Their advertised specials can be very good. I like the option to have their cashiers ring me up or I can use the self service. If you don't have a Fry's card, get one that helps you to get further discounts on certain items.

As much money as this place makes, you'd think they would have things on the shelves and basic common customer service. It doesn't though. Half of the produce wasn't stocked and the wannabe gangster trying to get tough with me (yes an employee, hilarious). I'll spend the extra money at Sprouts and Trader Joe's than ever step foot in that cesspool again

Found out today that this specific store has multiple exceptions to their company return policy making it so you cannot return multiple items you could at other frys stores. When I asked for a complete list or to be pointed to the policy somewhere I could reference it for use, they couldn't find it or provide me with one so I guess it's just up to the desk worker to decide? Guess safeway is my go to now because the inconsistency and lack of referenceable policy is very unprofessional. If you have a policy, fine, but display it or have it on hand and enforce it consistently.

For a store nearly as large as walmart, two toilets and one urinal seems very paultry for the only bathroom. No family bathroom either. Poor planning and design by Fry.
