When the quality and quantity is top notch, they have to be doing something right! I've never purchased a product where the container wasn't only partially filled. They definitely topped it off and the quality was excellent. It was a very pleasant surprise. Looking forward to trying other spices.

The company is fine itself - the orders could be packed better, there is almost always a product leaking. I went to pick up an order in person a couple of weeks ago and the lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. She acted like I had no business picking up my own order that I had called to confirm earlier and like she was gatekeeper of the whole company. Very disappointing.

First full month of employment at Frontier. They don’t live up to what they offer! Verbally assaulted by my trainer. Most of the warehouse staff in a corrections program. CEO full of hot gas. If ya know, ya know.

If you intend on working for this company good luck, I do not recommend. The company along with the daycare they have are not maintained the way they should be! They have bugs with roaches being one. I had told HR about roaches being around employees lockers, and all they did was get some tape and get the ones they could see. The facility is disgusting. They do not care for their employees as they say they do. If that were the case I wouldn’t have gotten points for when my aunt died, or the days the company forced me to be out due to another employee getting Covid! As for the daycare it’s not very clean either. Instead of washing water bottles or sending them home to be washed they left them in the kids cubbies to get musty and moldy. When I had brought that to the administrator of the daycare she said it will be taken care of but never was. When your child first gets in rolled into the daycare they will give you paperwork on whether or not you want photos or videos shared of your child. This paperwork does matter because they do not follow it. I had filled out the paperwork stating I do NOT want any photos or videos of my child shared online as a precautionary measure (their safety). As I haven’t worked for this company for a few years now why is my child on tv representing frontier co-op. We have photos and videos for proof! This is about the Norway location.

Receiving hours are 07:30- 19:30, the 14:00 closing hours the broker gave you are outdated. Unsure about overnight parking, limited space.

Terrible customer service policies (although the guy I talked to was very nice). I placed an order for something the web site said was in stock. When I got the confirmation email it said they are experiencing long delivery delays and out-of-stock items. Less than 24 hours later I called them to see if I would get my product by the date I needed it. They said it wouldn't even go out until after that. When I asked to cancel my order they said it was impossible - less than 24 hrs after ordering! And the order had not even begun to be fulfilled. So I had to go buy what I needed somewhere else and STILL pay for this product.

Beware and Stay away from this company!!!
They use to have clean organic products but have fallen way short to anything but clean or organic these days. I recently tested their burdock root powder and found out that it contains large amounts of Atrazine, a synthetic herbicide which is very harmful for consumption of humans and animals. They also refused to refund me for the remaining product that I had which was laced in Atrazine

I ordered Valerian Root and it is wonderful! No face to face contact my order was placed on Amazon but I will order directly from now on.
