Took a deer here at the suggestion of a family member after my normal butcher was not able to do my processing this year. After waiting 4 weeks i had to call to find out my deer was ready.I received my deer and the large female deer that I shot only gave me 22 lbs of meat? The family member that swears by them who got a small deer opening day walked away with almost 50lb. I called to see if maybe I was only given half my order and was told I was wrong and that was a normal amount but they would look into it and call me back. Never recieved a call back and I guess it is lesson learned. I will never be using them again and I suggest you don't either.

Fritz’s processing is the best place to take your deer. They’re a family ran business and you will feel like family the first time you meet them. I highly recommend Fritz’s for all you deer processing needs. I have taken 2 deer’s to them so far and will continue to take all of my deer to them!!! I highly recommend them not just for how fast you get YOUR DEER back but the family ran business that I really appreciate. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Fritz’s and you will be too!!

Nice place and everyone was friendly. Dropped off 3 deer and turn around wasn't bad. Just over a week. Will definitely go back.

I’ve been thoroughly disappointed with this place. They took over 3 weeks to get my deer back and it was clear that my deer was mixed in with several others. I know this because I got snack sticks and received a few different flavors when I only ordered one; also about 4 of the 20 lbs were burnt and not very good. The salami wasn’t fully cured, ended up throwing out more than half of it. The hot sausage was very good but that was about it.
