The employees here are enthusiastic, but the unloading is relatively slow. The drop trailer may take 5-6 hours to unload. The place is very small,Be careful when back up into the parking space!

No overnight Parking, Clean restrooms for all, Try not to come, They are confused but courteous. Be ready for few hours sleep.

Place is only good to pickup loads if you're getting paid by the hour. Like the other reviews say, I checked in at 12:30 PM and my trailer was finished being loaded until 6 PM. One dude even told me he wasn't in a rush because he "doesn't get off until 3 AM" Lol.

Booked a load from Mode trans as a live load. Became a drop trailer for pickup. Took well over 6 hours to load. Wont ever take a load picking up at this facility again. BEWARE OWNER OPS ! You will be sitting here counting your hairs at their pace. Avoid this facility at all costs unless your paid hourly :/

Appointment is 08:00, arrive early ,In and out on 4th Street, I drop off my trailer at 6:30am and finished at 11:00am.

Reached 30mins early for a 7am appointment, they made me drop the trailer in the parking lot and asked me to wait for a call to pick the trailer which they never did it took them 5hrs to unload and I had go back to the receiving office to get an update
(2 🌟's just because they let me use the restroom and it was clean)

If your scheduled for a live load it’s ATLEAST 4 hours to load took them 6 hours to load HIGHLY recommend cancelling their loads and finding something else it’s not worth the headache
