When I worked there they had a huge harassment problem. Also the chips are dirty like you go to some of the stores and some guys just keep like dirty old bags in boxes. Eventually rats get in the boxes, but like nobody does anything about the boxes of stales hidden in stores. I think by now they are legally mandated to provide better harassment training in California, but it’s a dirty group of people if you ask me. Maybe they fixed their dumpster situation with the seagulls, but every couple months management made a big deal about the trash compactors. Other facilities built structures to address the issue, but they just kept trying to train the staff to handle waste better at the site and the efforts never produced the desired results for longer than a week. Hopefully their bird problem is relieved like get some predatory birds to hunt them down if they have to, but yeah even the site was dirty. I highly advise against purchasing anything from a cardboard display. Those things are left out in the rain exposed to animals and waste. A couple trainings could make a small change, but it seems like Frito Lay DC San José needs a culture shift along with some actual facilities management.
