Suppose to be a family friendly restaurant, this one is terrible. We were standing there with our toddler for 10 minutes, waiting to be seating. They were not even busy.
Between the workers swearing at each other and giving each other dirty looks, while ignoring us. We just ended up leaving before we were even seated. Find a different ice cream spot.

We ordered the Grilled Chicken wrap and the Crispy Chicken Wrap they were not busy,so you would think it would be quick,both about 15 min later came out warm and and the fries were cold and tasted like old oil . This Friendly's used to be busy all the time and the meals came out hot,this is the Flagg ship location should be decent

So me and my sugar daddy were ready to get some icecream after some odd years. Yknow its been a tough one I will say, but any way, we wanted to just get at the bare minimum, a milkshake with 2 straws <3 But sugar baby needed her milkies , so obviously I got some from papa before the perfect view. I will say after the visit , the NPC’s working were HILARIOUS. Drama HERE and THERE , loved it!! Reminded me of the Bear. BUUTT the strawberry milkshake needed to be thicker.

The most disgusting, unorganized and lazy employees that have ever seen. This place is a joke and don’t even like to work!!! I went in for dinning at 8:30 pm and they tell me the lobby is closed after waiting a while 30 mins just for them to tell me take out only!!!!! Mind you they don’t close until 10!!!! So I went to another friendlys, mind you in CT when they was close to closing time and they still took me and my family in to sit in. All those young and obnoxious employees are LAZY to the BONE. Then again manager was no where to be found. I will never come here again even if it’s 5 mins from my house.

If I could give minus one I would. Dirty, terrible food quality and disgustingly over priced. This is what $17.11 got me. Chicken tasted like it was cooked in dirty old oil. Fries soggy cold and box was half way filed!!!!! Never again!!!!! Boston Rd. Springfield MA.

The food was great. I ordered the Fishimajig, it's a fried fish sandwich on Texas toast with tarter sauce. It was 👌 👍. Plenty of bread there. The fish wasn't small but it needed less bread or more fish to be consistent blending. Service wasn't great and neither was the wait time for the food and the restaurant was definitely not busy

Every time I come here the staff is mostly children. They mess the food up so bad that my family ends up avoiding this place completely for months. When we come in to correct our orders, the staff give an "I don't care" type of attitude. The one adult in the building didn't want to handle the situation. Makes you wonder what's really going on in there. Someone should seriously investigate why there are so many children working here, and why is the one adult incompetent?

My wife and I went for a sundae. I ordered a banana split and 25 minutes later the waitress came back to inform me they were out of bananas but I could have it without a banana if I wanted...I didn't. My wife ordered a Reese's peanut butter cup sundae with chocolate ice cream. They made it wrong twice. We asked for the check and 10 minutes later after the waitress walked by 3 times we just got up and paid for my ice cream without a check and left. Worst service in any restaurant we've ever had and we eat out quite a bit. Friendly's is no longer on our list. No wonder they are going out of business.
