U can check in early morning easy in easy out overnight parking available if 105 warehouse gate close before 105 warehouse. Another warehouse 101 take left empty space for overnight parking

Their delivery truck backed-up to the front of my car on CT-272 , as the driver decided to stop in the middle of the state highway and reverse straight to my car. Been trying to get insurance claim on the damages on my car, fully crumpled front, towed, which is now not drivable, for two days already. I need a rental car at least, to go to work. I've called their HR department, but it went straight to voicemail and no call back since. Their third party insurance claim, Corvel, still has not received claim from the driver or anyone from Freshpoint. Their insurance Zurich American Insurance is no help since they haven't get any report from FreshPoint. Now I am ready for legal action.

They open 5a.m but start checking 7a.m. I have appointment 11a.m. They unload me by 11a.m. Sometimes they take early driver and don’t go by appointment sometimes. Depend how busy they are. They have over night parking at 101 reserve rd first gate. They have restroom but available after 5a.m

On Sundays they open at 6:30. They appear to have overnight parking, but on the market lot and not on their actual property. They also appear to go by appointments, so arriving early won’t necessarily get you unloaded early.

They have restrooms, but there are signs saying employees only before getting there. I needed to go number 2, so I had no choice. They need to change this, or at least have porta potties.

FreshPoint was a great place to unload at. It only took them 3 hours from the time we arrived up until we got the paperwork. They were very nice and let us bobtail. There’s a Cafe next door.

The team at the shipping and receiving office is exceptionally friendly, as their welcoming demeanor clearly shows. I accidentally arrived at the wrong location for my second delivery. After waiting, I spoke with a staff member, and we quickly realized the address was incorrect. In no time, I was redirected to the correct door, unloaded the wrong shipment, and reloaded the right one for my first delivery. Despite the mix-up causing a delay, with my original delivery scheduled for 8:00 am and the correction completed by 9:30 am to 10:00 am
, the staff handled the situation efficiently. I would like to extend my gratitude to the team and the gentleman who resolved the issue swiftly.

Appointment at 6 check door at 5:45 unloading and paperwork at 8:30. Easy backing,no public restrooms.

Truck number 148430 was passing me then pushed me off the dam highway near exit 71? Off of i84. I just injured my dam hip and now my check engine light is on my car. Your driver didnt pay attention and almost cost me my car. I cant even get a hold of anyone on ur phone line. I am contacting my auto insurance. Ur driver didn't even give a bleep...now my car wont speed up.
