I can't complain. I had a first-come-first-serve appointment and got on and off the property in 3 hours. I think a lot has to do with if your Freight is staged or not.

Dropping off a transfer for them. What a joke this place is. Spoke to Brenda in shipping. Very rude and unhelpful. 1 truck in front of me with another transfer. Still here waiting over 2 hours. Meanwhile trucks are coming and going. I guess Brenda plays favorites. Smh. The people giving high ratings must be employees....

Checked in at 3pm for 4pm appointment , now i have to wait here until next day , they open at 8am tomorrow and I don't know how much it's gonna take after that, really bad. It's really shameful to show your pictures as a manager or owner on a profile of a bad company management like this one.

Anytime i been here , always waited atleast 4 to 8 hours. This place is a joke for truckers. If you are open 24 hours why is last checkin at 9pm n then you close for 11 hours. Ridiculous!!

The staff are friendly but the wait time for loading a whole other story. I have been waiting since 6 pm it is now 1 am still waiting to get loaded.
