I got a callback by a Kenya who was was trying to talk down on me on a personal level like she knows me. She was arguing at me on something I did not contact them for. I’m seeking a medical card & bcus there’s no complaining form to fill out. There’s no standards to uphold to remain courtesy & professional dealing with clients.

Went there today 3/31/2025
Had my baby in one arm and my papers in the other, this chubby black lady named Harden or Hardin had a very bad attitude she kept making smart replies, saying you and these are very slow today, and that I don’t listen she don’t have the patience for this. I replied saying if you don’t like your job, you should just quit and she said it’s not the job it’s you people. I kept quiet trying to be polite. I was trying to pull out the rest of my papers out my purse then she asked if I have other papers. I politely said I’m trying to get them out my purse give me one second I have a child in my other hand I apologize then she complains and say well you need to make sure u have everything ready. (Once again I’m carrying my child) she proceeded to get rude and nasty abt me grabbing papers out of my purse. I told her not to do that in front of my child then she proceeds to tell me that I’m doing it in front of my child. I told that lady please give me my papers and receipt so I can leave. She did and before I left I left a complaint abt her and I’m going to leave another one. I refuse to let someone to talk to me crazy in front of my child.

I have been with locations for past 12 years. They have been great to us and my family. Yes, sometime we had received rough service, but I still think they all do a fantastic job on each cases. As you know, they have many many cases and so many new cases. They have a lot of pressure and I have seen all of them, doing their best to get it done asap. Therefore, I appreciate them and thank you for taking care of us. They are a great help. Plus, I have always been nice to them, regardless how they talk to me due to the load of work, they do everyday for us. Again, I thank you soo much. Keep it up!

Worst people to ever work with. Don’t want to do their jobs, don’t want to help with anything or answer any questions, it’s always “wait 10 days” just for them to still not do their jobs! Applied for the first time and it has been nothing but HORRIBLE! Interviewed and was told I had all my documents in just for them to say I didn’t have everything later and I had 10 days to turn it in then deny me before the 10 days were even up but I need to give them 10 days to review the decision And they STILL haven’t reviewed it. They don’t want to help nobody don’t even waste your time. If I could give 0 stars I would!

This place is ridiculous. They never answer and when they do they hang up. Lazy people in these places need fired. I understand they deal with hundreds of people, but there needs to be a better system and the people who are nasty and rude need fired. I'm going to be filing a complaint with the BBB and attorney General and I suggest others do the same so maybe we can get this fixed. It's hard to go there when you have a disabled child and have no babysitter. They need to hire more people or something. I sat on hold 3 hours to be hung up on, then another 2 hours for a recording to come on and tell me they're closed now and today I'm on hold and it's been almost 2 hours. I uploaded my housing and utility verification letter and I can see it on there but they are saying they haven't gotten it. Insane

Got an email the day before my schedule interview, I didn't see the email until the day of my phone interview. I called... it's 11am. Was on hold for 2 hours until I hung up. I called again in the morning, went through the prompts saying missed phone interview.. the system offered a call back but the hold time was for 120mins. I got a call the next day around 1145... dead air! I called again yesterday morning samething happened. So today, just a few mins a ago I get a callback and I'm placed on hold for 45 mins!!!! The representative name "Candy" states she is customer service and she can not help me. I said we'll why did she call me bc I requested a call from a case worker. She said they are aware of the issue and can not tell me when someone will call back! When she repeated my call back number is was wrong... not sure if I'll get a call back from them. TERRIBLE SERVICE 0 STARS. THE STATE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT US!

If you want to feel like the lowest person on the planet, after being on hold for 5 hours only to be hung up on..then to be on hold for ANOTHER 4 hours for someone to finally answer and speak to you like you are unworthy of their time, energy and assistance then by all means..call them. I mean, sometimes unfortunately we really have no other choice BUT to reach out for assistance right? I just want to know what the employees get out of treating people that are clearly already struggling, the way that they do. Y’all need to learn to show a little grace, compassion and understanding for the less fortunate then maybe you would have a better outlook on life, and attitude towards other people in general sheesh. It’s so disheartening and unbelievable really that people are treated so inhumane by the people that are in a position to assist the less fortunate in their community. This morning, I called right at 8am. Lady answered the phone asked my name ONLY, when I tried to explain the reason that I was calling..she very rudely said “I don’t see what your calling about” how could she know, when she hadn’t even asked my case number yet? When I questioned her, she was extra rude and hung up on me. I’ve had someone intentionally not see certain things that I had sent in, only for someone else to say “I’m not sure why they couldn’t find it, I’m looking right at it”. I mean..I really think at some point, people need to morally ask themselves if they are treating people the way they would like to have other people treat them in life.

i’ve been waiting for my child to get childcare benefits for 3-4 months and every time I call I get told the same thing. my case got denied WRONGFULLY because a worker didn’t feel like looking through all the documents i was told to keep submitting.. now i’m suffering on the verge of losing my job and my daughter getting kicked out of daycare because yall keep making it harder for us to get help !!!!! it’s not fair !! why do i have to submit the same documents multiple times and submitting multiple applications again and again and AGAIN !!!! this is pathetic but yall want to help us no you dont !
