Had bad experience. Arrived 0930 for 1000. Guard shack told me to park and wait for door. Went back to guard shack at 1030 to ask what's going on. He simply said your appointment is 1300. I told him my appointment was 1000. He said they lied. Had dispatcher to reach out to broker which again confirmed our time was 1000.
One star for the guard shack!

Parknon street when arriving and walk up to the guard. He may walk to you. Loaded only 8 pallets here. They were pretty quick to load me within. 2 hours of arrival as I was about 2 hours early.. however the property is small and it is not ideal for 53 ft trailers and long hoods quite possibly any truck really. I had to go down and around the back to another building where the warehouse associate basically told me to nose up in some gravel, grass and mud against these dumpsters in order to get in the dock. I truly was never gonna get in otherwise. If I have to come back my rate for freight chargers will be significantly higher. The guard was also pretty rude when I tried to correct him about information displayed on the side of my truck.

My experience was great. Appt 1500 arrived 1300. Loaded and out at 1500. A little tight but plenty of room to alleydock.

Got there at 9:30am for a 10am appointment and the security guard told me to set my reefer to -10 and to follow the trucks in front of me. It was 5 trucks ahead of me to get loaded. Once I got to the guard shack only to tell me my load wasn’t even on their schedule. They could have told me that from the beginning. Wasted time and fuel sitting here. Beware of this place.

Unloading experience
Zero stars! we had an appointment to drop a load here at 7am. We arrived at 6:30am and they did not unload our reefer until 4pm! So we waited 9 hours. Make sure your contract includes a detention agreement because ours did NOT. Broker paid us $150 for an entire lost day. Thank God my parents risked their lives to come here so I can live the American Dream. Not to mention all the gas burned to run the reefer - 22 gallons! Be sure you pack a couple meals, know where to park, and don’t need to be anywhere. They took loads that were scheduled AFTER me. We asked for updates, we were professional, we were patient, and we will NEVER come back here. Take your business somewhere else. These people do not care.

If you are late for pickup here 5min they will keep you waiting for hours (7:30 hours) with reefer running at -10 so if you think you will be late for pickup-PASS...no detention...ever(choptank) they do not care

Very cool & nice people.
Didn't see any issues to get in or out. Docked straight back & no blind side or anything. It's is tight but with 2 feet clearance on each side I couldn't complain.
Grow up & let's the job done !!!

Appointment 10 AM. It's 3 PM and still not docked. Guard is useless, has no clue of anything and if asked about trucks coming and going before u, he's like These are our trucks
