Beers: quite a variety of different styles, some decent offerings of what we prefer.

Service: friendly and attentive. Didn’t go long with an empty beer.

Dog friendly: this was the issue. They are dog friendly BUT the owner had a dog that he was letting run unleashed and unchecked throughout the taproom. This puppy ran into our dog’s face with excited puppy energy several times. We never saw the owner try to control the dog, which resulted in us having to gently push the dog away from jumping on our dog. This scenario happened twice before we left.

If you plan to come here with your own animal, please be aware that this situation might arise.

We would have given 5 stars based on service, but anyone with experience with dog behavior would know that this is not the right way to handle things.

A 3 star review feels generous, but we had no issues regarding the service and, as mentioned, the beers were okay.

A large beer selection is available at Fort Hill Brewery. I tried two different beers and they were both delicious. It’s a large place and the atmosphere is awesome. Lots of exposed wood and tall ceilings make for a really cool “Lodge in the woods” type of feel.

I went to see the Buddy McEarns Band play. The room was alive with the live band! Fort Hill is a great place to see live music and they have lots of it. I was able to enjoy the band while still chatting with my friend.

If you don’t want to sit in the main room with the bands, and want a little more privacy, there are a couple side rooms and of course, outside seating to.

To order a beer you have to get in line, but the line moves quickly. There’s always someone there to get your beers for you. I hate going to a place where I have to stand there and try to get the attention of someone. That is not a problem here at Fort Hill Brewery.

Next time you’re doing a Brewery run I strongly suggest checking out Fort Hill. I’m a brewery buff and this one is at the top of my list.

The employees were friendly, and were extremely helpful in helping me choose which fears I would like.

Really don’t have anything bad to say about this brewery! I have been here twice now (usually visit when in town from NYC) and both times were a total blast.

The place itself is very well kept and extremely spacious. We had a group of 10 and were able to get seats no problem.

The beer selection is great. They have something for everyone, and I’ve yet to be disappointed. Fresh Pick is probably the most popular (and it’s good). Last time I went I got the Das Boot which was pretty sizeable, beer was good and I love that you get to keep the glass!

One of my favorite parts about this spot is they are always doing live music, and it’s always decent to good. In the summer, they have an awesome location outside where the bands play.
You can easily spend all day here.

The bartenders could know more about the beer they are serving but it doesn’t take away from the experience!

Love the place and cozy atmosphere. The drinks are sublime! And apparently I am married to a local celebrity, known simply as the "Concrete Jedi." Pretty funny story. Check out there drinks and stay for the fun.

Came in over the weekend to hear what I think was the owner talking about losing his dogs and having violated his restraining order against him from his ex partner. Certainly a class act! Didn't know I was in a dive brewery untill then. Won't be back. Guess all the rumors are true about this place. Check the 1star reviews

Beautiful brewery, all outdoors due to Covid. The beer was great and the band was awesome, and not overwhelmingly loud. Dog and kid friendly!

Fantastic brewery that is different from the several that rent space in old factory building, this one is all new. They have a wide selection of great beers, and had a food vendor near the outdoor seating. They have live music, a great atmosphere, and not too expensive.

Only found it by chance as there are zero signs point to the place. Great beer and a food truck on the day were there. Fine to bring kids and dogs and good patio to sit outside
