Drove by one day and saw this cute little bakery and stopped by. It was the a couple days before Christmas and close to closing time. They were so busy inside listening to Christmas songs and packing up cookies for gift boxes . They didn’t have much, which was expected, but they were able to get me 4 different types of cookies. Cookies I wouldn’t usually pick up. They were soooo delicious. Even my picky eater son loved them. So I went again, taking a chance on New Year’s Eve. They had much more and I picked up their granola
Mix. They only had two left so I picked up one each for my sisters. The sales associate asked if I ever tried their granola before and I said no. She said, “it’s delicious. You’re going to love it”. My sisters just texted and said the granola was the best they have had and they were so happy that they could order on line since they live in Maryland and Delaware.
I just placed an order to send to a relative in Florida.
So happy to find this gem. I can’t wait to try the granola too!

I got cookies, both regular and gluten free stuff for a family gathering. Everyone loved them. I never leave reviews but the food tastes as good as the store smells when you walk in. I’d leave six stars if I could.

We love this place. We host our team event Corks and Cookies here every year. Lisa Russell makes the most delicious savory and sweet artisan cookies. This year we had the please of trying the pancake and bacon which was amazing!!

Have noticed this store during my drive. Stopped in couple days ago and got a bunch of different varieties of cookies and scone and they were absolutely delicious!

I really wanted to like this place because the cookies I've had from here are very good. Out of the three times I've been over the last year, only one time was open. They don't update their hours online or anywhere, you'll drive there during normal open hours just to find a sign right outside the front door saying they're closed for days.

I can’t speak highly enough about Flour & Oats cookie shop. It is a hidden gem, and the staff always greet me so warm and personally when I walk through the door. Most importantly, the cookies themselves are incredible. They have both classic flavors, which are great for the kids, and some more sophisticated ones which are great to bring to a dinner party or other event. If you ever stop in, I also recommend trying one of their baked scones– I am not exaggerating when I say it is probably the best scones I’ve ever had in my life. I also appreciate that each item is individually wrapped to prolong freshness, although I admit they have never lasted in my house longer than a day!
