Busy but minimal wait. Plenty of attentive staff. We genuinely enjoyed our meal. The watermelon juice was delicious, I took a cup to-go! Thank you for having us.

What a great place to have breakfast at! My husband and I met up with some friends for breakfast and this was such a great spot to take them too! Delicious food, great variety for everyone. The coffee was wonderful, great coffee! The dining room was spacious and made you feel comfortable. Looking forward to bringing the family for our next breakfast out!

Had a great experience here! First time at a location here in Florida. Same great experience as the times I've been in Texas. We tried items from their seasonal menu. The elote breakfast burrito and the shrimp and grits. So good!!

The waiter is attentive, neat, professional and presentable, the floor is clean, the sit are in good shapes, the table are not wobbly unlike those restaurants i dine in, the ceilings are clean as far as i can see it no spiderwebs , the food are good quality for its price, i love the iced coffee caramel crunch or whatever that is, also the iced coffee mocha mint, the pancakes are really humongous which i ordered , and the omelette with ham or whatever that is taste excellent, the ambiance are for all season, what i mean all season is you can dine with your partner, family, friends, workmates and even for business meetings. You can smoke outside if you are a smoker they have a sit outside but no ashtray for those cigarettes users, i will comeback here again.

Was told it would be a 25 minute wait.
We never got a text. We went in after 40 minutes and was told we were taken off the list because a text went out.
(I had service because I was texting my brother during the time we were waiting)
Not sure what happened but it wasn't a great experience 🥴
The food was good though.

I love this place and we order every week since our business move to Viera area the last 4 months. But I have a complain why do they only give you half a cup of soup? if I order a big on or half lunch they only fill it up half way. 🙁 their soup is the best is the best.

Really delicious breakfast. For vegetarians I prefer the tri-athlete. The carrot cake pancakes were alright, nothing special without cream cheese frosting, I would choose a different option.
