It was frustrating half of the tags were missing on their clothing and when I brought a couple pieces I first found up to the counter to have tags the guy seemed very annoyed at me. Then I only bought in pair of pajama pants and they were $3, but the tag fell off walking around the store! He didn't believe me and charged me $5 without question and no apology, and this was with me donating a big bag of my own clothes. The guy was so rude and didn't even bag my stuff, just left it on the counter and walked away, no have a nice day, nothing. Rude service for no reason, bad tags, and also a lot of the prices were really high. And it was a bit dirty as well.

Everything was fine with my experiences here until a heavy set woman named maria on staff was very cruel to me. Every time i stopped in she mistreated me without any reason. I loved the store, the selection, and the unique finds but maria is why i will not ever come back.

Sad to see this location move to Breck, but I get it. With more need for food assistance in the county, it's important to have a central, accessible location for that as well. I do wish you donation hours in Breck were a bit easier to accommodate with a work schedule - maybe 11-3 one day and 3-6 another day to catch those of us with 'standard' working hours. Not really any more time, just shifted into the evening one day. I've got some things to donate but 11a-3p 2 days a week just doesn't work for me most of the time.

This store has horrible customer service. When I walk in there were 6+ employees in the back all hanging out while they had a line of 4 people waiting for someone to check them out! Also I called before to see if I could drop off towels, over the phone she asked me “how many do you have” I said “a lot, multiple boxes” she said “okay” then I get there and they say they can only take 2 boxes to be “fair”. Fair to who? This rule of two boxes is something that should have been conveyed to me over the phone. I think that FRC is a wonderful company but the employees at this location do not accurately represent the company, due to their lack of care, attitude, and sheer disregard to professionalism and respect. I understand it’s a thrift store but this place has the worst customer service of any store I have ever been. How can there be 6 employees in the back, goofing off when there is a line of people waiting to be checked out. Truly ridiculous.

I LOVE this thrift store. Definitely the best in Summit County. The prices are so much lower than the other thrift stores in the area and the selection is much bigger. Plus, the money they raise helps FIRC, it's great.

Today in the afternoon I went to donate some baby things and we were attended by a person with little professionalism and super bad service criticizing our donations when everything is in good condition and things that cost me a lot of money. That I should have taken him to the food bank when they referred me to this place. They should be more aware of the people who receive the donations since people like them should not allow her to work in that place. So many years visiting that place and I have never been treated like her.
