My father knew the proprietor, thus he recommended me to this place. On September 7, 2023, I placed an order for four tons of heating pellets. I received a price quote and delivery confirmation. When I called them on November 16, I was informed that they could not deliver them unless they received another order from my area, and that the price had increased dramatically. I had still not received a response regarding my order. My main source of heat is pellets, and I will be without any for Thanksgiving. Fantastic! Never trust anyone, particularly these people. I was referred here by my father who knew the owner. I ordered four ton of heating pellets on September 7, 2023. I was quoted the price and confirmed delivery. On November 16, I had still not heard back in regard to my order, so I called them only to find out the price had risen exponentially, and they could not deliver them unless they got another order from my area. I use pellets as my primary source of heat and now I will not have any for Thanksgiving. Awesome! Never rely on anyone, especially these folks. Thanks David Ferestien I really appreciate it.

I went into this store for the very first time. I like doing business with local and small businesses. The lady behind the counter was very grumpy and rude I thought. I was very polite and nice from beginning to end. The guy was better but still not where he should be. They have a very dry personality. I am sure they are nice to their regulars. The old man (I am assuming the owner) was sitting on his chair. I respect that he still comes in after all these years. I am sure all of his costumers had a great experience when he was running it. That was my only good experience here. Wont be coming back... ever!

My family and I went here to get a Christmas tree at 5:40pm on Sunday night, 11/28/21, and the place was closed with the lights off outside and in. The owner and a worker got out of their cars, I believe they were leaving for the night, but the owner got out of his truck and walked over to see if we wanted to buy a tree. Once we said yes but it’s ok he said it’s no problem and turned on the lights for us to pick a tree and we did. That kind of customer service is amazing plus the joy it brought my family to start our Christmas season off is indescribable!
