Great produce, delicious baked pastries, Asian goodies, Indian food and sundries, shrooms and shoots, and a wonderful selection of really fresh meat. The venders are really warm, down to earth, nice folk. Add this market to your Saturday shopping. Come early.

The produce that I purchased here today was excellent. It included grape tomatoes with a complex, sweet taste, corn that was sweet and delicate and tasty peas. The vendors were friendly and more than willing to answer questions about the produce and make recommendations. In general, the prices aren’t posted so for some items I asked the price and then decided whether to purchase.

The indoor Farmers Market Cooperative of East Liberty is open every Saturday morning all year. The farmers are friendly and are happy to share info. Availability varies with seasons and vendor schedules but generally include a variety of dried beans, pickled items, ethnic cuisine, and noodles in addition to produce, dairy and meat vendors. Go early for best selection (if you arrive after 11.30 am, things may be sold out and vendors are getting ready to pack up). There is a free parking lot next to the building, plus street parking (and located very near to Home Depot).

First time visiting. The place had a few different vendors with plenty of fresh produce at decent prices. (There was a band playing...cool:) and although I only bought veggies, there was baked goods and meat available.
I will definitely go again.

A great little farmer's market just behind the Home Depot I'm East Liberty. Ethnic foods, fresh eggs, organic veggies and meats. Stop in here between 5:00 am to noon on Saturdays and you will be pleasantly surprised!
