Thu is an absolute worst nightmare of an agent! She is nasty and very unprofessional. Even though I timely informed her to remove my car from the policy, she forgot to do it. When I spent 3 months going back and forth with her for my credit money, she started harassing me and ignoring my emails, texts, and calls. When I got upset, She blocked my phone and she threatened to sue me for yelling at her. When I called customer support they told me that she never filed a correct removal of my car from the policy. After the policy was inactivated, I still did not receive my credit money yet and it has been more than 3 months now. She is horrible and has worse communication skills. She is aggressive and does not apologize for her mistakes and does not own up to her lack of knowledge. She is completely useless to be an insurance agent. She even once sent me the insurance details of another customer with all their personal details in email and did not even realize until I told her. Do not trust her with your policy!

I have had the absolute worst experience with Thu. I did what I was asked and my policy was canceled. She didn't ever contact me to make sure we got things corrected. I have begun the process to transfer my policies to a new agent and he has found that my information was entered incorrectly and we are having to clean a lot of things up. Additionally, because she allowed my policy to be canceled and never called me back when I contacted her about the problem, my car insurance could not be reinstated for 28 days.

When I realized what a mess my policies were in, I asked her why it got to this point and she yelled at me telling me it wasn't her job to make sure my insurance policies were in good standing. She informed me that she had been on vacation the week before and I had no one to be mad at but myself.

I don't think she means to do this poorly, but boy did she screw us up. I would have been happy to be gracious about the whole mess, but getting yelled at was a bridge too far.

Oh, I should also mention that when Thu realized I was transferring to a different agent, she began to text me aggressive and insulting texts. I ended up having to block her because of how offensive the texts were.

I have appreciated Farmers Insurance, especially as so many insurance companies are pulling out of California. Farmers is consistent and reliable. Thu, did not provide the service I needed and was too combative with me when she made a mistake. I have chosen to go elsewhere for service.

I had a really frustrating experience with Farmers Insurance Agent Thu Le. Right from the start, she was super pushy, constantly pressuring me to make decisions without giving me enough time to think. It made me feel really uncomfortable. And when I finally got the insurance, her level of responsiveness dropped drastically. I had a couple of questions, but she never had the right information to help me out.

But the biggest problem came when I received an email from Farmers saying I had to pay $750 for renewal instead of the regular $323 monthly payment. I reached out to Thu, and she told me not to worry, that it was just a mistake and my monthly payment after renewal would be $325. Well, surprise, surprise! Today, I got a bill for $750. I called Farmers Insurance, and they told me to talk to my agent. It's frustrating because Thu clearly doesn't know what she's doing, and I don't even want to bother contacting her anymore.

Honestly, I'd recommend staying away from Thu Le as your insurance agent. She's way too pushy, and it feels like she's just trying to squeeze as much money out of you as possible, without actually knowing what she's talking about. Save yourself the headache and find someone who's not only knowledgeable but also respectful and genuinely helpful.

Thu Le is very unprofessional. She started off okay. As time became more critical during escrow. She became unresponsive. Stating she was doing her part , but in reality she was never doing her part in providing what I needed during escrow. Due to this situation escrow needed to be delayed. Giving me an unnecessary additional cost to push back escrow. If you need an agent who’s reliable and on top of their game look somewhere else. It’s nothing but waisted time here.

I had the worst experience with agent Thu Le .She is the worst agent as at first she was bad in communicating and never response to us . Then She became frustrated and rude whenever you ask her something and shows bad attitude towards you whenever you are in doubt and ask questions to her and then blame you that you are responsible for what you did and why you are asking such questions . Honestly THE WORST AGENT and WORST SERVICE. Never take them for your insurance service .

They really really need to fire her. She was super rude i was asking her simple questions she was literally shouting at me and her literal words were ‘I don need a customer like you’ just because i asked her to remind me what was the claim i had 2 years ago so she started shouting at me bcz i did not remember what claim she was talking about.
