I wanted to transfer my auto and home policy to her. I called and talked to Kaci Boyd initially over the phone, she informed me she accepts transfer and will start the process but will take about a week. I called back after 2 weeks to check on status but she was off for the whole week and according to the person that answered the phone, there was a note saying “unable to transfer at this time” no explanation whatsoever which is frustrating. I even called corporate and they were able to transfer me to Kaci Boyd with reference number. Corporate said, Kaci will be notified and should contact me soon. I called again the next week, but she never calls me back. I don’t know what’s going on, I guess I take my business elsewhere.

Kaci and her team are a pleasure to work with. They contact me regularly to update our information to get the best coverage for our budget and needs. I highly recommend Kaci, especially if you have multiple drivers at different stages of teen and young adulthood and need coverage for both house and car. They have been there for us through the many changes and challenges as our three kids became drivers, through several vehicle upgrades, and a move to a new city. Kaci & her team are great! Not only are they responsive, they also have great follow through. If I’m missing something, they’ll continue to reach out until I get the document signed, or whatever it is I need to do in order to be covered. I really love that I can text, call, or email.. which ever works best for me. Kaci is the first insurance agent that has reached out to me and maintains a relationship with her clients. In the past I only ever spoke to my agent when I had a claim. Kaci follows up, checks in, and educates us on other offers.
