I had a great experience with my loan officer Carissa. She was very knowledgeable and kind to explain to me concepts I didn't quite understand. She was patient and worked fabulous with me as I needed to contact the USDA and NNHC to make sure the plan was exactly what I needed for home insurance.

I recently contacted Farmers Insurance - Corrie Bingham for a quote on auto insurance. I have to give credit to Carissa for being such a great representative of Farmers. She was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. She was able to answer all my questions and made the switch as easy as it could possibly be. As a bonus, I was able to save a considerable amount over my previous policy with another company. I would highly recommend this Farmers location!

I absolutely cannot recommend Mr. Bingham or Farmers Insurance. Mr. Bingham inherited my policy after another agent retired. The policy was for student housing in Logan and Mr. Bingham offered a good rate — but only because he failed to disclose to Farmers that the property being insured was student housing, which carries a higher premium than regular apartment dwelling. When I asked how this would affect a claim, Mr. Bingham told me Farmers would pay it and then drop us. That lack of integrity raised red flags, however I was not in a position to switch insurance companies right away.
After staying with their office a few more months, I began noticing other issues and attitudes that made me increasingly uncomfortable with how they did business. After switching to another agent and insurance company, I canceled the policy via email. No one from Mr. Bingham’s office ever reached out to ask why I cancelled, or to make me aware of the cancellation policy.
Instead, Farmers and Mr. Bingham refused to issue a full prorated refund for the time I didn't use. They claimed it was “short-rated” due to early cancellation, but could never provide documentation showing I had agreed to the early cancellation policy or even knew about it. Despite multiple requests, I received no clear answers — just a lot of corporate sludge (run-around).
Mr. Bingham took no responsibility, repeatedly pushing me off to Farmers, and Farmers either redirected me back to Mr. Bingham or provided useless documents unrelated to the situation. If this is how they handle a refund, I have zero confidence they would have honored a claim once they discovered the policy had been misrepresented by Mr. Bingham.

I have been with these guys for over three years now and have had no problems. The team is always very accommodating with me switching around vehicles and helping me with the best prices. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking at insurance.

If you need a solid agent I would highly recommend Corrie. He and his team take care of his clients and find real solutions. I've seen him get people out of a bind on many occasions. Plus, Corrie is a big time hunter and horse lover... which is an added bonus!
