I have an 8 yr history with 7 policies with
Charles, and over 30 with Farmers. Not ONCE in these years has he EVER returned a phone call. No consistency with the revolving door of employees. He has no interest in keeping my business with 5 homeowners policies, 1 car and 1 umbrella policy. I’m not a big enough customer for him to give me the time of day. The last 3 weeks I have called no one answers, can’t leave a message because the message box is full. That said, Amelia in his office is wonderful! She has been great she’s knowledgeable, and always helps me out. Love her🩷

Totally unresponsive. Changed my drivers license from out of State to CA and received a non-renewal notice because my Out of State license had been cancelled when I got the CA one. Multiple emails have failed to get any response.

When my former insurance agent Daryl Mirsky retired, my policies were transferred to Charles Meza. What a stroke of luck! Charles has been great helping me through some very difficult times. Charles Meza is a great family man and overall good person. I recently ran into a deer in Salt Lake City and my car was totaled. Fortunately, Charles was there to help me through the claims process. He even rolled up his sleeves and personally got involved by driving me around assisting me to make sure I was on the tight track. You'll never get that kind of service by buying your insurance over the internet!!!! I HIGHLY recommend Charles Meza for all your insurance needs. He is conveniently located just off interstate 10 on Cook Street where it intersects with Gerald Ford Drive in Palm Desert. A special shout out to Amelia (she actually runs the office, speaks Spanish, and is also a great person) for her kindness, compassion, and attention to detail is worth a HUGE mention. 🙂
