We have found that this place is very polite and well-mannered and they have good prices on their horse feed. What more can a farmer ask for. My mother really likes these people. She said it's worth the extra drive just to be treated with respect.

I wasn't going to say anything but: two days ago my son and I came in and bought some Enforcer Flea Spray from them. Being a laymen I asked the routine questions at check out

'do i need a mask?'
'do i need to wear gloves?'
'how long should I wait after spraying inside before letting my kid, puppy and I go back in?'
'does this stuff work?'

A taller gentleman answered each in kind with a yes or no response and told me we should wait 'a couple hours' and if I read the directions it'd tell me what to do.

Now the directions told me to spray with a wide setting and a sweeping motion and to not saturate the area. Wait until dry.

Well you would think after a couple hours' it would be dry. Going off of what the employee said.

My puppy got violently Ill that night and continued on through last night. Up until the point of dry heaving. I called this morning to explain what had happened and what my vet had said was most likely poisoning and spoke to Scott. A long story short about a heated debate and the end result was according to Scott:

"I'm sorry about your puppy but that's not our fault."

I don't have anything for you. - terrible managerial and associate customer service. If your associate cannot give accurate info about a product whose label doesn't give accurate info, maybe you shouldn't be selling that product and your associate shouldn't be giving advice?

Just got business sense. Will not be back, would never, ever recommend. 0/5*
