Every time I go to the Farmers Association Feed Store I have a horrible experience. The people there are rude and do not have a personality.

Today they forgot about me out back and loaded another vehicle that got there after me. I walked inside the back door… One of the gentlemen asked me if I had a an order for XYZ as he was stacking multiple bags onto the dolly… Which I found out was for the lady parked beside me… (that also got there after me ). He told me I would have to hand my ticket to another guy.. I handed my ticket to him and then he took off going into the very back of the store.
I could see the chicken feed that I always get right there, so I proceeded to have to help myself… Then the gentleman came back and grabbed another bag of feed that I did not order. I told him that was not the right bag. He said that I would have to go upfront and exchange it. I said never mind just go ahead and give me what they rang me up for.
I hate to go to the big box store because their feed makes me sick, but I don’t know where else to go at this point.

I didn't feel welcomed here, if you know what I mean. I hurried out. Sorry to say this in 2025 but, it gave I had wrong skin color type vibe.

I had my daughter to pickup a tetanus vaccine for my donkey, plus hay & straw! The older man that works front desk gave her the wrong one, the one with other things in it! She didn’t pay any attention to it or the price because she assumed he knew his job! I called to see if would exchange it & said no because couldn’t resell it ! I said well it was the man’s fault & he said my daughter should have been paying closer attention! I said well she assumed you knew your job & specifically ask for tetanus! He said no ! I said well since it’s your fault how about store credit since it’s $30 vs$10 & still said no!! I said ok I’ll never buy anymore dog & goat feed & hay & straw or anything from here again! He just apologized 😡

The staff were superb at helping us track down the item that we went there for and found that they were out. So they helped us find many many more things to buy. They also hunted down prices. Those girls were wonderful!
