All of the food I have tried from FTS has been so good...my favorite trail meals hands down. And this is a top-notch company. When I emailed about an issue with shipping on an order, I received a prompt reply and it was made more than right.

Just recently ate the Rainbow Pasta during a camping trip and it was great. I go into all dehydrated camp meals with low expectations because they’re typically mediocre food packs but they get the job done of putting calories into your body. I didn’t experience any of the bloating or “camp gut” I normally do with meals like this which I suspect is in large part to the fact they don’t use 5lbs of salt in each meal. Give them a try! The pasta reconstituted well without being mushy OR crunchy and the cheese was a good flavor.

4 stars because I also tried the golden milk turmeric latte and I was kind of bummed about it. Maybe I used too much water? I think if it were a bit sweeter it would taste better, but otherwise it just didn’t hit the way I expected it to. I expected creamy, sweet and somewhat spicy. This was mostly just turmeric water. I’ll try again using less water. Maybe concentrating the flavors a bit more would help? I’m not unwilling to try more products though! The food was good and I suspect some of their breakfast stuff would be pretty tasty, too.

These are by far the best tasting backpacking meals. I’ve been backpacking for 30+ years and somebody finally got making the dehydrated meals right! Backpacking meals are usually bland - these are full flavor! Well done Farm to Summit!

We used Farm to Summit dinners for some of our meals on a recent canoe trip. I've been buying dehydrated meals off and on for 35 years of backpacking, bikepacking and canoeing. These are hands down the bet dehydrated meals I've ever had! We had several Vermont relatives on the recent trip and they plan to purchase more for upcoming canoe trips later this summer. Keep up the good work!

If you're sitting there thinking "Hmmmm....are these worth it? Are they actually that easy?" The answer is yes. They are perfect for hiking and camping trips. But also, I have a crying newborn and the thought of making dinner is so overwhelming. The thought of boiling water and dumping it in a bag? That I can handle. Highly recommend. Thats not even to mention the awesomeness that is the whole Farm to Summit ideology of making not so pretty produce onto delicious meals, minimizing waste in our ever struggling environment. If you're still reading this, clearly you just need to go buy some and try it out yourself 👍

Finally started backpacking this year and bought only these meals to take with us. Was pleased to see what these ladies are doing and oh so yummy! Must try. Have some left for fall and winter to cook at home too. Yay!! Keep up the good work!

Mediocre. I want to love them because they are local. I let them even soak beyond the time recommended. Crunchy and not palatable, unfortunately. I can no longer spend money and will seek other products which I have respected for years. Good luck on improving your business!
