I’ve shopped here for years with my family, never again! After picking out some poorly looking produce, I was holding my 2 year granddaughter. I grabbed a cart to put her in, along with about $200 of vegetables. To my surprise, an employee ( young boy ) took it from me stating, “No carts”. I abruptly told another employee, no thanks for your vegetables, and moved to another vendor WITH A CART and continued my shopping. The owner needs to address these employees. I will not spend my $ with them going forward.

I am giving this establishment a one star rating due to the owner/manager, Shawn House. He is dishonest and completely unprofessional when it comes to management and dealing and interacting with other businesses. We at Scott Honey Farms sell our customers and vendors nothing but the best products. Raw, natural, unprocessed honey does and will crystallize. Shawn was made aware of this multiple times and was told what to do with it if that happens, as honey does not ruin. Despite our no return policy, we came to an agreement that we would pick up what honey had crystallized, do the work for him, and return it with his following order that was soon expected. (By the way, we only deliver our products ourselves or offer to have it shipped after shipping charges are paid and clear.) We picked up the honey ourselves and did the work. When it was time for the usual order to be made, no order was placed. Mr. House refused to place further orders with us and demanded a full return of his money. He was told once again that we do not do refunds, but we would happily bring the honey along with the next order. He chose not to place any further orders, so we offered to ship/deliver it at his expense. He refused. We attempted to make things right with Mr. House and every attempt was denied. Those failed attempts soon followed with hostile threats and slandering of our business and home. Police reports and harassment charges had to be filed and he still continues to harass and send threats. If you are a small business owner and thinking of doing dealings with this business, BEWARE!!!!
