Welp.... we showed up at around 4:10 pm today to get 10lbs of burger and a bunch of sausage for a BBQ on sat. Walked to the lady behind counter and told her that I basically needed 10 lbs of burger. Was promptly told wit orders over 10 we needed to call in the order. Am I confused.... I needed 10lbs.. Rather and look to see if it was even possible we were turned away. We'll my problem is why not look or try to figure it out. We also were going to get a verity of different sausages also. We actually loved this place as we have bought a number of meet packages and steaks. Oh well lack of customer service wins again!

The absolute best meats around. Love the huge chunks of Ribeye. Don’t forget to get bacon, sausages, and the most amazing twice baked potatoes you’ll ever eat. The best in Baldwin county bar none.

This is in response to Preston Yerby's review and your reply. I am his wife and the one who called in on Tuesday before we came by on Thursday afternoon. The gentleman who assisted me and gave me information did not ever mention that I needed to pre-order after I told him we were preparing for a large BBQ. I told him i was looking to get at least 5-7lbs of ground beef for burgers as well as a few pounds of your sausage. He told me you carry fresh ground as well as have pre-made frozen patties and precut bun length sausages. I don't get off work till 3:30pm and since you are open till 5pm he welcomed us to come in that afternoon before close to get what we need. We decided to wait 2 days so we would be closer to our event and be able to keep the meats fresh. No where on your website have either of us found anything about needing to pre-order any product over a certain size. I have been told now by 2 employees however, that by 3-30pm all your grinders and slicers are shut off so what is already in the case is what is available. To have things cut/ground is best to come early in the day. You say your 'Policy" is anything 5lbs or more needs to be called ahead, but your employee yesterday said the policy is orders over 10bls must be ordered ahead. Appears to be more a "who wants to work the order at the time and who doesn't" type of policy. But, no worries. I went to your competitor just down the road in Foley and they were more than happy to fill our order 15mins before closing and made almost $300 sale. You have lost a customer and they have gained one.

So I bought a pound of hamburger and an enormous porterhouse steak. It was the best steak I’ve had in maybe 20 years. Do yourself a favor spoil yourself. It’s very reasonable. I don’t have to go all the way to fresh market anymore.

Loved our visit! Had never been before and the staff showed the upmost professionalism while explaining everything to me. I was very impressed by her knowledge and some tips to do while cooking specific types of meat I was interested in.

BEAUTIFUL cuts on display that I couldn’t help but get. I definitely recommend stopping in and checking it out!

My account was hacked and the person posted a hateful review of farm fresh . I have deleted that post hopefully. I have nothing but praise for Erin and farm fresh. I’ve been buying meat and other items from them since 1982 and using them for my deer meat since 1995. They get overwhelmed and full during deer season because they are so good at what they do. And people like me who spread the word about them. Thanks

Hateful owner. I took back some expensive meat that was so tough, you couldn’t even cut it. The knife stood straight up without moving. The owner she claims, extremely rude. I will never buy my meat from this butcher, ever again. Not so much about the meat not eatable. Her attitude, was much worse. I grew up on a ranch with Black Angus cattle we raised and ate. I know what good meat should taste and how someone who owns a business should treat their customers. I didn’t even get all my money back. I didn’t even care because she lost a lot more.
