I bought 4 Hyline Brown pullets, my first chickens, from FAR Wind Farms and have had the easiest time with them! Consistently get almost 1 egg per chicken each day, even into the winter. They had no issues adjusting to their new home - right into the coop and up on the roost bar at night without a problem. They only go in the nesting boxes to lay. These are some hearty chickens with beautiful, delicious, large, brown eggs.

We buy feed from here to keep our chickens non-GMO as well. They require an appointment to pick up chickens, but feed is available during business hours. Owners are knowledgeable & honest people, making it even better to support this local business!
