Nice and clean facility.

Fair Oaks is for receiving
Next door at central storage is for delivery.

Receiving is loyal to appointment time.

Arrived the previous night (4/27) 11:00 pm (2300) , had a 7:00pm (1900) appointment time. I just wanted to get the driving done with ahead of time. They didn’t chase us away while waiting and then was called at 7:00. Not much traffic on the property of fair oaks.

Staff is reasonable.

Follow prompts and it will be smooth. Look at the photo below for further info.

It was a little confusing to find because it looks like their parking lot is just for cars...but there's a way to go around the building where the docks are. You put your bills with your phone number on it to get a dock assigned. They were nice. I was lost and called the fair oaks foods number and someone answered me right away and helped me out. You're not supposed to break your own seal. They'll come put amd do that for you. They're serious about that.

Yeah, I arrived too early... Had to wait until 0600 in order to get a door to dock at. I would complain, but I did get a good nap in before my scheduled appointment.

Great place. Got me in in under an hour and unloaded in 40 min!! I was 7 hrs early so I fully expected to wait but I didn’t have to.

By appointment only. Don't come in here trying to get unloaded early. Nobody else here and made me wait until appointment time. Fyi I was only a half hour early. Then take there sweet time getting your paperwork to you. Avoid if possible!!

This location is for deliveries only. If you are here to pickup for Fair Oaks you have to go next door to Central Storage, call the number at the front of the warehouse, park around back, and wait for a phone call. If you are here to deliver you write your phone number down on your bills, put the bills in the drop box near the receiving office, and call the number on the door. They will call you when they're ready and bring signed bills out to you when they're done
