I called today looking to purchase 10 straw bales, unfortunately for me, the receptionist who took my call was incredibly rude and kept calling me a robot every time I attempted to get a word in. I even called a couple more times because I assumed the call got cut off, but to no avail, her rude manners continued and I was unable to purchase the bales I desperately require. No thank you, I will NOT be reaching out to this place for my straw bale needs.
